MEET THE TEAM

Disposals

The UNW corporate finance team is here to aid any business owners and clients seeking to sell their company.

Our extensive networks, and effective research facilities, help source potential suitors (global strategic and financial investors) who may be interested in acquiring your business.

At UNW, we will support you every step of the way. Initially, we will review the range of sale options and structures available to your business, then provide our expertise right through to the stage where we help negotiate the sale and purchase agreement. We will also bring in Tax specialists as required to provide integral tax advice and guidance on the availability of Entrepreneurs’ Relief.

We also assist with extensive buyer research and complete project management of the disposal process.
