MEET THE TEAM

Valuations

Here at UNW, we fully understand the challenges of business and all our services are tailored to the personal need of the organisation.

Working closely with the management team, we provide a view on value and offer business support in valuing shares, businesses and assets.

Our team has a wealth of experience and expertise, advising on many high-profile valuations in areas ranging from shareholder disputes and advising potential acquirers on target valuations, through to valuations of early stage technology and university ‘break out’ businesses. We also have experience of acting as expert witnesses, when valuations are made by an independent third party.

We have helped many VCSEs become investment ready since being approved as a Big Potential Provider in March 2016. Click the link below to read about our work with Northern Community Power ow.ly/7NeS30hQX2a pic.twitter.com/aqEUa3F8j9
