Graduate recruitment

Our graduate programme is the perfect platform to launch your career in professional services, aiding your personal development and enabling you to gain experiences that will stay with you throughout your working life.

Over the course of 3 years, graduates will receive structured training and a thorough overview of what it takes to become a qualified and trusted business advisor.

Gaining experience as part of our Audit and Assurance team, successful applicants will work to gain the Association of Chartered Accountants (ACA) qualification, which will act as the first step on the road to become ICAEW chartered accountants. You will receive paid study leave and time off to sit exams through the duration of the programme.

Successful applicants will possess:

•  Minimum 2:1 degree in any discipline
•  Minimum of 300 UCAS points (or equivalent)
•  GCSE minimum grade B in Maths and English Language

We can also offer work experience and summer or yearly placements.

Apprenticeship opportunities

Our apprenticeship opportunities also run for a duration of three years. As an apprentice accountant, you will gain vital experience and work on a variety of projects across our teams, receiving first class on-the-job training, coupled with formal classroom based training with our provider Kaplan.

We have a very strong coaching culture and our highly-experienced people work alongside apprentices, passing on their skills and expertise as you work towards your AAT qualification.

You will have completed your A level studies, gaining at least 3 grade B’s and will have a minimum grade B GCSE in both Maths and English Language.

Interested applicants should send their CV along with a covering letter to recruitment@unw.co.uk
