Paul joined UNW in July 2010 from Deloitte where he was an Associate Partner within the corporate finance business in both the North East and latterly the capital. Prior to moving to London, he established and led the Deloitte advisory team in the North East for many years.

Paul boasts over 30 years’ experience in corporate finance transactions, specialising in advising on mergers and acquisitions, disposals and private equity sponsored transactions.

He has a significant track record, particularly in the Healthcare sector, and has advised on a number of health sector transactions both locally and nationally. Paul has an extensive network within both the North East and London investor communities.
