Your future in finance

Start a career after your A Levels

Our established and award-winning apprenticeship programme is the perfect platform to launch a career in accounting after school or college. The programme will not only aid your personal and professional development but will also enable you to gain valuable skills that will benefit you throughout your working life.

What’s in it for you?

Working initially towards your Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) qualification over 3 years, you’ll gain vital practical experience that will give you a great head start in your career. Throughout the term, you will receive support and guidance from our existing apprentices and will have a dedicated ‘buddy’ who will help you build your knowledge and learn technical skills. With first-class, on-the-job training, alongside classroom-based learning, you’ll be earning money rather than paying university fees and will be gaining experience of the working world and developing workplace skills.

Who is this ideal for?

If you’ve completed your A Levels and want to head straight into an accountancy career, then our apprenticeship programme is the perfect next step for you to take – if university isn’t for you then this is an excellent opportunity.

At the end of the three-year programme, it’s hoped that, in addition to gaining significant experience and earning the AAT Levels 3 and 4 qualifications, you would progress to an advanced professional qualification and become a fully-fledged chartered accountant.

Applications for apprenticeship roles across our audit, tax and accounting services teams (commencing September 2024) have now closed. Please continue to check this page for announcements regarding next year’s programme.
