Our graduate programme is the perfect platform to launch your career in professional services, aiding your personal development and enabling you to gain experiences that will stay with you throughout your working life.

Over the course of 3 years, graduates will receive structured training and a thorough overview of what it takes to become a qualified and trusted business advisor.

Gaining experience as part of our Audit and Assurance team, successful applicants will work to gain the highly valued ICAEW Chartered Accountant qualification, the ACA (Association of Chartered Accountants). You will receive paid study leave and time off to sit exams through the duration of the programme.

Successful applicants will possess:

•  Minimum 2:1 degree in any discipline
•  Minimum of 300 UCAS points (or equivalent)
•  GCSE minimum grade B in Maths and English Language

We can also offer work experience and summer or yearly placements.

Apprenticeship opportunities

Our apprenticeship scheme is the perfect starting point for your career in accounting. The course not only aids your personal and professional development, but it will also enable you to gain valuable skills and abilities that will benefit you throughout your working life.

Working towards your Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) qualification over 3 years, you will gain vital practical experience and have the chance to apply your knowledge across a variety of projects with our tax team.

The scheme consists of first-class on-the-job training, alongside formal classroom-based training with our provider, Kaplan. We encourage and support successful students to then study for and gain a Chartered Accountancy qualification.
